For a contractor, it is a great compliment to be recommended by an inspector.  It tells a potential customer that you can be trusted to provide work that is not just up to code, but impressive enough to warrant recommendation by inspectors.

Raakels at Big White was seeking a roofing contractor they could trust to replace a torch on membrane that was all of three years old.

Upon the inspection by a qualified roofing consultant, 3 contractors were contacted to submit quotes to come and address their needs, and KC's was awarded the contract.

Project specifications from the consultant included: Removal of aluminum railings, siding, cladding, lifting of a massive roof top A.C. unit, new insulation, drain relocation,  recovery board , 2 ply torch-on, blueskin, steel cladding, wood framing, and cap flashing, and KC's Contracting was able to easily complete the project within the projected time frame with our own, in-house crew.

KC's organized the lift of a massive roof top air conditioning unit, and raised the curb to allow for a new 5" Polyiso insulation package, new recovery board , and torch-on,  to the roof deck

Having removed the railings from the ajacent decks, meant we would have to frame in a new railing wall, clad the inside walls in Westform steel with a blueskin underlay,  and cap the perimeter with 26 gauge flashing after completion of the new 2 ply torch on system.
